It is our policy to ship items ordered through this website in a timely and cost effective manner. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock; we will notify you of any backorders that are needed to complete your order. If we need to split your order to get your items to you quickly, we will notify you as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock and cannot be quickly restocked, we will process your order and issue a credit for the items which are not avialable.
We primarily ship items with the U.S. Postal Service, but may also use UPS if that method is faster or more cost effective. Please note that we must have a physical address to ship your package; most shipping services will not deliver to a PO box. Please be sure to give us your telephone number or email so we can reach you if necessary to fulfill your order.
The standard rate for shipping and handling is $6.95 for orders under $200. If you elect to have your order shipped next day or second day air, the shipping and handling charges may vary; so will charges for any oversized or unusually heavy packages. Please keep in mind that Next Day or Second Day does not include weekends or holidays. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or any international destination will be shipped by air only. If you want to use your own UPS or FedEx account for shipping, we will be happy to use that number to get your package to you. You will be charged a $3 handling fee.
Geaux for the Gold operates in Slidell, Louisiana; we are required to charge sales tax for any items shipped to Louisiana addresses.
Our return policy for items purchased in our store or online is simple. We will accept merchandise for return within 30 days of purchase with a receipt if it is in its original and unused condition with the original packaging including the hologram licensing stickers.
